How We Handle Things
You’ll start by meeting with one of our experienced in-house designers to talk through your vision for your home. We’ll take the time to understand how you plan to use the space, your personal style, and your overall budget. This is also when we’ll explore initial design ideas and answer any questions you may have.
Using everything we discuss, we’ll then put together a preliminary budget and planning agreement for you to review and approve before moving forward.

Once the planning agreement is signed, we’ll begin developing conceptual designs for your space. We’ll document existing conditions, take measurements, and create accurate, to-scale floor plans.
We’ll then produce conceptual layouts and 3D renderings that include key elements such as cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, and furniture—so you can clearly visualize the finished result.
After final design approval, we’ll provide an updated budget with product allowances and a construction proposal to move forward. If needed, we’ll also submit plans to HOA or architectural review boards for approval.
